Jen Chanthasena

Jen is a Legal Assistant supporting the firm's personal injury practice. She began her work in pre-litigation, where she developed a strong foundation in case management and client communication, claim development, and has since progressed into supporting litigation matters. Jen supports the management of active litigation files through all stages of case progression. Her responsibilities include coordinating discovery, preparing legal documents, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication between clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. She works closely with counsel to ensure cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with procedural and court requirements. Beyond the technical aspects of her role, Jen is deeply committed to supporting clients through what are often some of the most difficult and uncertain periods of their time. She brings a thoughtful balance of structure and empathy to the legal process, ensuring that clients feel both supported and informed while their cases are handled with care and precision.
